How to use:

1. Stroking: Gently sweep from the middle of the thoracis vertebrae to the cervical vertebrae in a circular motion.

2. Cervical Lymph Nodes: (Propandus > Middle > Terminus) Draw 3 small circles 5 times each.

3. Laryngeal lymph node: (Lower larynx > middle > terminus) Draw 3 small circle 5 times each.

4. Draw small circle 3 times for the larynx at 3 positions (occipital prominence, middle of the back of head, and crown) 5 times each.

5. Draw a small circle along the side of the head up to the terminus 5 times at a time.
